The Arizona Department of Transportation is urging drivers to plan for extra congestion in and around Flagstaff today, with the long holiday weekend. ADOT says with the recent snowstorms, recreation areas along U.S. 180 near Flagstaff are expected to see heavy traffic.

Drivers should expect long delays on U.S. 180 beginning at 4 p.m. on Monday, so head home early to avoid heavy congestion.

Drivers also should pack an emergency kit, charged cell phone, and give snowplows plenty of extra room.
