The driver of the other vehicle reportedly fled the scene.

The driver of the truck and three juvenile passengers were taken to the hospital as a precaution.

Police say there were workers and children in the building at the time of the crash, but no one inside was hurt.

An inspector has since determined the facility is safe to re-enter despite damage to the facade and the truck has been removed from the scene.

The crash remains under investigation.
