The driver of the truck that crashed into the building, and his three young passengers, all between 5 and 10 years old, were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
The other vehicle involved reportedly stayed at the scene for several minutes before leaving. Officers were able to later contact that driver, who has been identified as a 79-year-old man. He did not suffer any injuries.
Police say there were workers and more than a dozen children in the building at the time of the crash, but no one inside was hurt.
An inspector has since determined the facility is safe to re-enter despite damage to the facade and the truck has been removed from the scene.
The crash remains under investigation and civil traffic violations may be issued once officials learn more about the crash.
