PHOENIX — Phoenix police say a motorcyclist was killed in a crash Thursday morning along Bell Road in Phoenix.
The motorcyclist, only identified as a woman, was involved in a crash with a vehicle near 21st Street. She was taken to a hospital for treatment where she died.
Detectives learned the driver of the vehicle was facing north on 21st Street trying to make a left turn onto Bell Road when the crash occurred.
Police say the vehicle involved in the crash stayed at the scene.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
