WITTMANN, AZ — Arizona Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a deadly crash involving a dump truck and a golf cart early Thursday morning in the West Valley.
The collision occurred on US 60 near milepost 132, near Wittmann, which is west of Loop 303.
Officials say 86-year-old Dale Srigley was driving the golf cart and was killed. No other injuries were reported.
DPS says Srigley had been reported missing from his home to MCSO approximately two hours before the deadly crash.
No further information was immediately available.
