PHOENIX — A portion of Interstate 17 was shut down due to a crash in north Phoenix early Monday morning.
Arizona Department of Public Safety officials say the crash occurred in the northbound lanes near Happy Valley Road.
DPS says injuries were reported, but the extent of injuries is not yet known.
The roadway was closed at Happy Valley but reopened around 6 a.m.
