PHOENIX — A man and two children have been hospitalized after a head-on crash near 75th Avenue and Palm Lane Wednesday night.
Officials say a total of five people were evaluated at the scene: two men, one woman and two children. One of the men refused transportation to the hospital.
The other man, woman and two children were taken to the hospital in stable condition.
The cause of the crash is currently under investigation.
