PHOENIX — The storm system that's brought storms across Arizona this week will keep storm chances around through the weekend.
This area of low pressure will sit to our southwest through today before moving back through Arizona this weekend as it gets pulled back up into the main jetstream.
While we'll see scattered storms around Arizona today, we'll see the best chance for storms on Saturday.
Storms that develop will be capable of producing strong winds, areas of blowing dust, hail, and heavy rain, so stay weather-aware.
Temperatures will continue to drop by a degree or two each day through the weekend.
Valley highs will reach the low 90s through the weekend, with cooler morning temperatures in the 60s to low 70s each day.
Storm chances continue into early next week before we dry out and warm up again.
Valley highs could be back in the mid 90s by late next week.
