PHOENIX — The Passover and Easter holidays may feel a bit different this year amid the COVID-19 pandemic. More of us are working from home and limiting our contacts with family and friends to daily or weekly video calls. Most, if not all events have long been canceled, including community Easter egg hunts.

But, that does not mean a tasty meal has to be left off the table. Several restaurants around the Valley are open for takeout and delivery. With Easter coming up, some are offering special to-go Easter meals. Here are a few of them:

PASSOVER

Chompie's has Passover meals available for delivery via DoorDash. This specific package is not available for pickup or carry-out at restaurants.
Cost: $25.99
What it includes:

  • Turkey Dinner with Matzo Stuffing including roasted potatoes, homestyle green beans, a pint of matzo ball soup and three macaroons
  • Or, Brisket Dinner with a potato pancake, homestyle green beans, a pint of matzo ball soup and three macaroons

Chompie's does have individual meals available for pickup or carry-out. They are $34.95 each with a minimum order of six. More information.

Scott’s Generations is also offering a Seder meal.
Cost: $24.95/person or $89.95 for 4
What it includes:

  • Choice of Roast Brisket & Gravy or Roast Chicken

What it includes: Customized quiche with vegetables, proteins, and cheese.

Cost: $12.50-$16.50 per meal
