Let’s face it — the holidays can be the most magical time of the year, but they can also be the most stressful and exhausting.

From crowded shopping malls to snowy weather to bad roads and, of course, parties and visiting family, it’s inevitable that the holidays bring some unwanted stress.

In an effort to help just a bit, Lipton is introducing a line of limited-edition teas to help make your holidays more merry and bright. The eight new holiday-themed teas, called REALI-TEAS, are named after some pretty stressful holiday moments, like “dealing with relatives,” “ho ho ho holiday travel” and “finding the perfect present.”

As an extra holiday treat, the teas will actually be available for free beginning Nov. 12, while supplies last. Just head to Lipton’s website to join a waitlist right now or check back in once they’re available.

Taking a closer look at the teas, you’ll find that some are made for stress, while others will give you a pick-me-up if you’re exhausted. Some will even help with stomach issues if you overdid it on the eggnog a bit. The holiday season also brings about flu season, so there’s even a tea to give you a boost of Vitamin C.

The “Dealing with Relatives” tea, for example, contains cinnamon, chamomile and lavender, while “Whole Lotta Holiday Cookies” has ginger, peppermint and fennel to help soothe your tummy after all the holiday food.

If you struggle to get enough rest during the holidays, the “Silent Night, Sleepless Night” tea might be best for you. Containing chamomile, mint and orange peel, it should help you start dreaming of sugar plums in no time!
